Principal Objective of the Job:
Supply information to clients and customers. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face-to-face.
· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
· Provide information to callers
· Deal with queries from the public and customers
· Greet visitors who enter our HQ
· Give directions to visitors
· Receive and sort mail and deliveries
· Deal with the courier company representatives
· Deal with general administrative tasks
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Education: minimum high school level
· Min. 1 year experience in a similar position may be an advantage
· Advanced English level
· Computer literacy
· Good verbal and written communication skills, flexible, problem solving and a positive attitude
· Able to work independently and customer service oriented
· Calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times regardless of the visitors’ behavior
· Attentive to details, taking initiative, displaying loyalty, showing maturity and having respect for confidential matters
· Professional attitude at all time
· Stress tolerance.
