Retail Internship
-Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
-Advise Clients across the brand and all product categories
-Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster the Brand loyalty
-Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
-Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
-Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
-Follow the company’s policies and procedures

Your profile:
Key requirements and competencies
Genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry.
Excellent team building and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Curiosity, empathy, agility, commercial mindset
Responsibility and ownership
Integrity and trust
Fluent English (Italian, German, French depending on the location would be needed)

Working Experience & Education Requirements
Educated to a degree level
Previous work experience (internship) in Retail or any other client service role.

Stock Advisor Internship
– Support to organize and follow up all kind of supply chain related tasks to support the Store activities. (e.g. store to store transfers or product reverses, monitor product availability) (e.g. taking und unpacking delivery, performing replenishment of merchandise & packaging, performing (phone) service to Client Advisors, following up reservation management and product returns, etc.)
– Show pro-activity regarding the Stock and Sales team in terms of support and ideas for improvement
– Support individual and team objectives and be accountable for stock KPIs
– Support and follow up the Store’s asset through daily cycle counts on all areas and families as well as periodic full cycle counts

– Hands-on mentality and feeling at ease to work in a fast paced and physically challenging environment
– Proactive and solution oriented thinking, taking responsibility and ownership
– Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work effectively in a team
– Sensibility to luxury service
– Advanced communication skills in English & Computer skills
